Orders
By placing an order on Dr Mishra Beauty Shop you confirm that the details provided are accurate. Orders are confirmed after we verify payment. We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be fulfilled.
Payment
We currently accept payment by UPI QR code only (no online card gateway). After checkout you will receive payment instructions. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. See How to pay for steps.
Pricing & availability
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stock levels are updated regularly; if an item becomes unavailable after checkout we will contact you to refund or substitute.
Shipping
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect packages on arrival.
Returns
Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order details to request a return. Opened cosmetics may be refused for hygiene reasons unless defective.
