Delivery options
Standard delivery is ₹50. Shipping is free on orders of ₹1499 or more - applied automatically at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India. Enter your address at checkout to see available rates for your pin code.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email tracking details. You can also check updates in My account under your orders.
Returns window
Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened cosmetics may be refused for hygiene reasons unless the product is defective or incorrect.
How to start a return
Email shop@drmishras.com with your order number, email, and reason. We will confirm next steps by email.
Payment before dispatch
Orders are packed after QR / UPI payment is verified. See How to pay for the current process. Online card gateways are not enabled yet.
